Chabad of Cherry Creek
Rabbi Shmuly Engel, a Denver native, was raised with a deep love for Torah and Jewish life. After studying in yeshivas in Chicago, Toronto, New York and Venezuela, where he received Rabbinic Ordination, he served Jewish communities around the world, from Israel to Hawaii. Today, he is dedicated to building a warm, vibrant Jewish community in Cherry Creek inspired by the timeless values of Torah.
About Us
Zeldy Engel was born in Brooklyn, New York, and has a passion for connecting with people and creating meaningful Jewish experiences. After studying in Tzfat, Israel, she volunteered in Jewish educational programs around the world, including Ukraine, Morocco, Turkey, California, and Missouri. With a background in education, event planning, and community engagement, Zeldy creates inspiring programs for women, families, and children, helping people of all ages connect with their Jewish heritage and one another.
